Most of the gems on this web site are cut in house unless otherwise indicated.

At times I will be selling gemstones cut by some of my colleagues or stones by other cutters that are of interest.

Included may be collector gems, rare specimens, exceptionally large stones or stones from unusual places. In every case a full description of the unique qualities of these gems will be provided.

Many of the designs are generated using Gem Cad, which I use extensively in my work. This allows me to create designs for any stone setting or pieces of jewelry.

This service is also being made available to all jewelers.

Please provide a detailed drawing of the stone (depth, diameter etc.) and the gem material. An estimate will be provided and after consent has been received l can go to work. It is that simple.

Example of Concave and Flat facet cuts -  (Peridot)

Traditional gem cuts use a flat facet. The concave cuts use a concave facet which increases the total area of the facet and consequently increases the brilliance and the internal reflection of the stone.

These stones are very bright and beautiful. Because cutting them is more time consuming they command a higher price on the market.

All the photographs of gems and jewelry on this web site are unaltered. Therefore, what you see is what you get! With every gemstone great care is taken to provide the most accurate description concerning its color, inclusions or defects and, when available, its origin.
